You can use ProjectQty without creating an account or providing a name, email address, phone number, or project address.
Local projects and calculator inputs
Project names, notes, dimensions, prices, and guide progress stay in this browser. ProjectQty does not have an application account system or cloud project workspace. Clearing this site's browser storage removes local projects unless you exported a backup first.
Calculations run in your browser. JSON and CSV exports are created on your device. ProjectQty does not intentionally send local project content, calculator inputs, or exported files to product analytics.
Share links
A calculator share link stores the calculator inputs in the URL you choose to copy. Share links are not encrypted: anyone who receives the full URL can read and restore the included calculator inputs. Project names, project notes, and guide progress are not added to calculator share links.
Hosting, source requests, and analytics
Vercel hosts ProjectQty and must process limited request information to deliver and protect the site. When you open a protected source link, Vercel may process the source ID in the request path, IP address, user agent, timing, and security logs. The source resolver does not receive project names, notes, dimensions, prices, or exported files, and it does not write source requests to an application database.
When enabled in production, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and a short list of product events. A one-time traffic-source event classifies a visit only as search, AI referral, social, or direct/unknown, and identifies the page only by an allowlisted page category and safe public slug. It does not send the full referrer URL, query parameters, share-link state, dimensions, prices, project IDs, names, notes, or exported content. Other permitted custom-event labels are limited to calculator slug, selected unit, local-workspace action, and offline readiness status.
Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance and Core Web Vitals so ProjectQty can identify slow or unstable experiences. It is enabled only on Vercel production builds and is not used to collect calculator inputs, project content, or exported files.
Cookies, accounts, and advertising
ProjectQty currently has no account cookie, marketing email form, or active advertising network. This notice will be updated before any advertising or affiliate technology that changes data handling is enabled.
